Let All Intentions and Worries Stop – November 18, 2018

Our busy lives are full of opportunities to pause and reflect, whether we actually do so or not. In the U.S. we are upon one of our most revered pauses of the year—Thanksgiving.

This has been a rough few weeks in California, with unimaginable tragedy by fire on the heels of yet another mass shooting, news that was quickly dwarfed by the magnitude of the fires.

And, at the same time, the U.S. is torn politically, impacting not just this country, but stretching across our interconnected world. Can we heal? How can we use this pause of Thanksgiving to help? History is always a good place to look for guidance.

The Wisdom in Your Body – November 11, 2018

Yesterday I had an amazing healing experience. For real. A teacher/healer took me through a process to address unresolved and unsettled feelings I had about a person, let’s call him Jack, with whom I had a misunderstanding a few months ago. I'm sharing the experience as an example of the power of tapping into the wisdom within our bodies, along with tips for how to do it!
